Minimum orders vary by product. Cashew nuts start from 1 tonne. Most products are available from 500kg for samples up to full container loads (FCL) of 20–22 tonnes.
Do you provide export documentation?
Yes. We support phytosanitary certificates, certificate of origin, SGS inspection, fumigation certificates, and all standard export documents required for international trade.
Can I visit the supplier in Tanzania?
Absolutely. We can arrange factory/farm visits and accompany buyers on due diligence trips to Dar es Salaam and producing regions.
What payment terms do you accept?
We work with standard trade finance terms including Letter of Credit (LC), T/T (bank transfer), and can discuss escrow arrangements for new buyer relationships.
How do you verify suppliers?
All suppliers are personally vetted — we check business registration, export licences, previous shipment records, and conduct site visits before listing them on KiliSource.
How long does shipping take?
Transit times from Dar es Salaam: India 12–18 days, UAE 10–15 days, Rotterdam 22–28 days, China 18–25 days. Air freight available for samples and urgent small orders.
